We will soon be ready to launch Hobonichi 2025! This will happen on Sunday 1 st September. As in previous years there’s a great variety of diaries and covers. In fact, we are proud to announce we’ll be offering the widest ranging Hobonichi collection in Europe - with over 120 options. That includes launching weekly, A6, A5, Hon and 5-year diaries with a brilliant variety of covers.
I visited the Hobonichi international headquarters in May this year and they showed me behind the scenes so I could get lots of exciting details of the latest ideas and designs. I have to say, the Hobonichi 2025 collection includes some wonderfully colourful and energetic covers and diaries. I know that some people change their covers every year, whereas others like to hang on to their favourites. I am still using the same leather cover I had two years ago, and might keep it one more year, as its texture just gets softer and softer, and it is so very elegant. I know the leather covers are not cheap, but I am convinced it has been a great investment, as I have been using it every single day for over two years!
It’s probably true a lot of people use Google calendars rather than a physical diary. I use both! I am using a monthly, weekly and daily diary to improve my productivity, and write notes. And then the Google calendar helps me with reminders, though it doesn’t give me any pleasure or generate any creativity or imagination. I get so much positive creativity from using my Hobonichi diary.
