Delivery & Returns Policy
Orders are dispatched from our showroom in London. We aim to process orders within 3 working days, although at busy times it may take slightly longer. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services unless another service is selected at checkout (EU only).
You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched and will receive an email from Royal Mail with a tracking number. Whilst we provide estimated delivery times for each Royal Mail service, please be aware that these are only estimates and deliveries can take longer. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to access any information about it other than the tracking information that you will receive.
Please be aware that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.
If you choose our Express Delivery service, this operates as a next day service if you order before 11.00 am. We offer this service Monday-Thursday and aim to deliver the next working day.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email beforehand.
Please be aware that personalised notebooks and planners are unable to returned, and sales are final.
If you return the item within 14 days of receiving it, we will be able to offer you a full refund (excluding sale items). Returns made after the first 14 days will only be eligible for store credit. Sale items cannot be refunded, only returned for store credit.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us via email, attaching photos, and we can arrange to replace or refund your order.
Please include a copy of your purchase order email confirmation, or a note with your name and order number with your returned goods.

You will be responsible for the cost of the postage for returned items, other than in the case of incorrect, damaged, or faulty items. Please obtain proof of postage and tracking number when returning items, as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
All items must be returned to us unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please note we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item reaches us in an unsellable condition.
