Delivery Policy


Delivery will be sent from our showroom in London. We aim to process orders within 3 working days, dispatching the parcel with a tracking number, although at busy times it may take slightly longer.

Although we put every effort into providing an excellent customer-centred service, all deliveries are dependent on circumstances of availability, and conditions such as might be imposed by national difficulties.

Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.


Express Delivery

If you choose our Express Delivery service, this operates as a next day service if you contact us before 11.00 am. We offer this service on working days, and aim to deliver the next working day.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it. If you wish to return your item(s) within this period, please let us know by an email, and simply post the item(s) back to us at the address listed below.

Please note that if you cancel your order or return your items for a refund after the 14 working day Cooling-off Period, you will only receive a refund of the purchase price paid for the items and the delivery charges will not be refunded other than where you are returning incorrect, wrongly described or faulty items.

Please reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items. Returns or exchanges should be sent to: Studio 36, Great Western Studios, 65 Alfred Road, London, W2 5EU, UK.

You will be responsible for the cost of the postage for returned items other than for incorrect, wrongly described or faulty items. We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase and a tracking number.
