Your key questions
Where does NishuraEast deliver to?
Deliveries are sent from our showroom in London, and we will deliver to the UK, all countries in Europe inside and outside the EU, the US and Canada, and Australia and New Zealand. We aim to process orders within 3 working days, dispatching each parcel with a tracking number.
It’s worth saying, we put great efforts in providing high-end customer service. Sometimes though, an aspect of the delivery process might be effected by something like a national difficulty, and we can’t always control everything.
Is Covid-19 having an impact on orders?
As you will probably know, the international shipping situation and the movement of goods is being affected by the pandemic, and there can be delays in some deliveries. However, there shouldn’t be too much to worry about as we will be processing your order swiftly, and you’ll get updates from us telling you what the delivery situation is.
Is Brexit having an impact on orders?
We are happy to say that there are no extra tariffs incurred because of Brexit for those people in EU countries wanting to order Stalogy and Haru products from the NishuraEast site, as stationery made in Japan has a 0% rate for import into the UK and Europe, and the implementation of Brexit has not had a particular effect on availability of the goods we are able to offer.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your NishuraEast order by PayPal, or by credit or debit card. We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT.
It’s worth pointing out that some overseas customers might be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges. These won’t be included in your payment to us.
Can I fast-track my delivery?
Yes, you can choose our Express Delivery service in the UK. This usually operates as a next day service if you contact us before 11.00 am, and we offer this from Mondays to Fridays, aiming to deliver the next working day.
How much does delivery cost?
When you’ve chosen your purchase on the NishuraEast site, and it’s in your basket, you’ll be offered two prices for delivery, depending on your address – one for Standard Delivery, and one for Express Delivery. Charges are aligned with standard shipping costs.
