This cover features brocade fabric with a 'kagome' design, resembling a stone wall. Traditionally used for kimonos and obis, the material comes in a beautiful, calm gray tone, making it appealing for any user. It has a simple shape and includes a hook that can store a pen by its clip.

This is a cover only and does not include the Cousin book. The book is available here.

About yuge fabric farm

The yuge fabric farm is a handicraft shop run by Enima Design, which also operates the Essential Store. It’s all about being unique, from its approach to its aesthetics and even its use of deadstock fabric and sewing items from Japan and overseas. yuge, which means steam, refers to the active search in and out of Japan — through their own aesthetic filter — to discover and recycle the best materials that hit the mark for their senses and values.

About the brands / artists

Hobonichi Techo is one of Japan’s most treasured planner brands. The company was founded by the writer Shigesato Itoi in 1998, who set up a famous website - Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shinbun – where he posted blog entries, articles, essays and interviews. In 2001 they decided to create the perfect planner, starting with just 12,000 copies. A business that has now grown to last year’s figure of nearly 750,000 planners! Find our more
